No need to fear the cold, this easy and delicious Crofter’s twist on hot chocolate will warm up your body from head to toe leaving your taste buds dancing with flavor!
1 Cup Crofter’s Just Fruit Seedless Raspberry Fruit Spread
½ Cup Granulated Sugar
¼ Cup Water
1 ½ Cups Milk
¼ Cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
- In a medium-large saucepan over medium heat, combine the seedless raspberry fruit spread, sugar and water and bring to a boil for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and push through a sift or sieve to remove any seeds or lumps that may have formed
- In another medium saucepan, heat up the milk until hot, but not boiling. Whisk in the unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered sugar and raspberry mixture previously made.
- Top with marshmallows or whipped cream and a drizzle of raspberry fruit spread and peanut butter. (Optional) Enjoy!
