Your next game day bash was just taken to a-whole-nother level.
½ cup hot sauce
½ cup unsalted butter
2 limes, juiced
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cajun powder
salt & pepper to taste
2 lbs chicken wings
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large pot, combine all ingredients except for the chicken wings.
- Cook on medium heat just until the mixture turns smooth and starts to bubble on the edges. Remove from heat.
- Place chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and cook for 40-50 minutes until chicken wings turn golden and crispy. Flip half-way through so they cook evenly.
- Dump the wings into the large pot with the sauce. Stir wings until evenly coated and serve. Enjoy!
