2 Cups Strawberries (Hulled and Sliced)
2 Cups Watermelon (Chunked)
2 Cups Cucumber (Halved & Sliced)
1/2 Cup Fresh Mint (Minced) + Sprigs for Garnish
Juice of Half a Lime (or 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice)
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds (Optional)
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. Crofter’s Strawberry Premium Spread
- In a large bowl, combine the prepared strawberries, watermelon, cucumber and mint.
- Blend or whisk the Strawberry Premium Spread, lime juice and salt together and pour over the salad.
- Gently mix the salad to coat with dressing, careful to not break the fruit pieces.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of chia seeds and mint sprigs. Serve and enjoy!
