We’re all about simplicity here at Crofter’s. Don’t let the homemade dressing part scare you, it’s actually extremely quick and easy to make! This dressing takes 5 ingredients (plus S&P) to make and is jampacked with flavor thanks to our Just Fruit Raspberry spread, all you need is a blender! Simply put these ingredients in the blender until it’s a smooth consistency and BAM your homemade masterpiece is created! Ingredients for Raspberry Vinaigrette:

  • 1 Cup Crofter’s Just Fruit Raspberry Spread

  • 1 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar

  • 1/2 – 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 4 Tbsp. Raw Honey (Or Agave)

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 1-2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Ingredients for salad:

  • Field Greens

  • Crumbled Feta

  • Diced Apple

  • Cranberries

  • Fresh Raspberries


  1. In a blender combine all of the ingredients for the vinaigrette and blend on a low setting until vinaigrette is at a smooth consistency.
  2. Start building your salad, we chose delicious field greens topped with crumbled feta cheese, diced walnuts, dried cranberries and diced green apple.
  3. Drizzle the fresh raspberry vinaigrette over the field greens salad and serve.
  4. Enjoy!
  5. Note: Raspberry Vinaigrette can be stored in the fridge for 1-week.
