1 Cup Almond Milk
4 Tbsp Chia Seed
2 Tbsp Almond Butter
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
- To start, in a large bowl combine the almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter and vanilla extract and whisk together. Keep mixing for about 1-2 minutes until all the chia seeds are spread out and dispersed rather evenly. Place in the fridge and let sit for 5- minutes.
- Give the bowl another mix now that it has sat for a few minutes to remove any clumps or bumps that may have formed. Place the bowl of chia seeds back in the fridge and let sit for another 4-6 hours. We usually just let our chia seed pudding go overnight for best results.
- When ready to enjoy, give the chia seeds a quick mix with a whisk and then layer them in a cup with Crofter’s Organic Premium Four Fruit Spread and a drizzle of more almond butter for a delicious and quick breakfast or after school snack!
