1 Jar (10oz) Crofter’s Organic Premium Apricot Fruit Spread
½ Cup Olive Oil
¼ Cup White Wine Vinegar
1-2 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Pepper
- In a medium sized sauce pot, add in 1 jar of Crofter’s Organic Premium Apricot Fruit Spread, olive oil, white wine vinegar, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
- Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, continuing to stir until the sauce is evenly combined. Remove from heat and let completely cool before using or store in a container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Lasts up to 1 week in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
