                        Crofter’s Organic Premium Morello Cherry Fruit Spread
                      
                      ¼ Cup

Bottle of Red Wine

750ml

Orange (Sliced)

Whole Cloves

Cinnamon Sticks

Star Anise

Brandy (Optional)

¼ Cup

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large non-aluminum saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for at least 15 minutes (the longer you let the ingredients simmer together, the stronger the flavor).
Strain and serve warm. Enjoy!
