Career Opportunities
Crofter's offers a unique opportunity to work and live in one of the most beautiful regions in Ontario, and maybe even the world. Parry Sound is a nature lovers paradise, and offers that laid-back, cottage lifestyle that's just a quick 2-hour drive north of Toronto. A state-of-the-art, sustainable food production facility may not be what you would expect to find in a Northern Ontario, tourism-based community, but here we are on the shores of Georgian Bay, making industry leading organic fruit spreads, jams and preserves! Established in 1989 and an early organic food pioneer, today we are North America's leading producer of organic fruit spreads.
Whether you're a local hoping to stay close to home, or someone looking to escape the city grind, you may not realize we do more than just make the jam here! We'd love to have you join us in the production departments, or consider the career opportunities we have available in a wide range of fields including; warehousing, logistics, mechanical and plant maintenance, automation, food safety program management, organic program management, laboratory and food science tech, wastewater bioreactor management, sales, marketing, accounting, and supply chain management.
Ontario Living Wage
At Crofter’s Organic, we believe good business starts with good people — and that means treating our team with the respect and dignity they deserve. As a business rooted in a small community, we’ve seen firsthand how fair pay uplifts families, strengthens local economies, and creates a workplace culture built on trust and care. Being a Living Wage Employer is a natural extension of our values — we don’t just want to make products that nourish people, we want to build a company that reflects what we believe in: equity, security, and sustainability. When our employees thrive, we all thrive — and we’re proud to set that standard.
