Ingredients

                      
                        Crofter's Organic Apricot Premium Fruit Spread
                      
                      2 Tbsp

Feta Cheese

1 Cup

Cream Cheese

1/2 Cup

Sour Cream

4 Tbsp

Pinch of Salt

Rosemary

Garnish

Crackers of Choice

Directions

1. Add the feta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and salt to a food processor. Pulse a few times and then process until smooth. Stop to scrape down the sides of the food processor when necessary.

2. Next, remove from the food processor and scoop into a shallow bowl. Evenly spread out the dip using a spoon or spatula.

3. Top the whipped feta dip with the Crofter’s Organic Apricot Premium Fruit Spread. Sprinkle with rosemary for garnish.

4. Serve chilled along with crackers. Enjoy!
