Wild Blueberry & Nut Yogurt Granola Squares

  • 1 Cup Crofter’s Organic Wild Blueberry Premium Fruit Spread

  • ½ Cup Chopped Walnuts

  • ½ Cup Chopped Pecans

  • ½ Cup Fresh Blueberries

  • ¼ Cup Coconut Sugar

  • 1 Tub of Low-Fat Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Cup Bob’s Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a medium pan, combine the walnuts, pecans and coconut sugar. Stir constantly over low heat until the nuts turn candied and are sticky.
  3. Next, in an 8x12 baking pan, layer in the candied nuts on the bottom followed by a layer of Greek yogurt. Place baking pan in the freezer and let set until firm.
  4. Next, add a layer of Crofter’s Organic Wild Blueberry Premium Fruit Spread and then another layer of Greek yogurt. Top with rolled oats and then place back in the freezer until squares have set. Cut in to squares once firm and enjoy!
