Fresh garlic, wild blueberries, extra virgin olive oil with a kick of Dijon mustard—perfect for any salad. Add protein along with some classic salad toppings for an easy, lite dinner. Enjoy!



  1. To start, add the olive oil to a medium sized sauce pan over low-medium heat and add in the freshly minced garlic. Let this simmer for 10- minutes and then remove from the heat. Let the garlic oil completely cool before adding it to the vinaigrette.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the Crofter’s Organic Premium Wild Blueberry Fruit Spread with the Dijon mustard and white wine vinegar. Whisk together well to make sure all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  3. Next, slowly stream the garlic oil into the mixture while continuously whisking. This is to help ensure that the vinaigrette won’t split (Vinegar separating from the oil). If this happens, just simply re-whisk the vinaigrette or give it a really good shake. Finally season the vinaigrette with a pinch of salt and fresh ground black pepper. Enjoy!
