Our Strawberry PB&J Smoothie recipe is jam packed with the classic strawberry and peanut butter flavor with just a hint of banana. If we told you there was kale and spinach in this smoothie would you believe us? Probably not because you can’t even taste it in this smoothie. The sweet strawberry taste along with the peanut butter and banana mask the taste of the greens perfectly so you can get all of that extra nutrition without even knowing it—making this the best strawberry smoothie recipe around!


  • 1 Cup Crofter’s Biodynamic Strawberry Fruit Spread

  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Water

  • 2 Tbsp. Organic Peanut Butter

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries

  • 1/2 Cup Kale

  • 1/2 Cup Spinach

  • 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup or Honey (for sweetness)

  • 1-2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

  • 1 Cup Crushed Ice (Optional)


  1. Add all of the ingredients in to a blender and blend on medium-high setting for a minute or two just until the kale has completely broken down and the smoothie is smooth. Pour in a mug and enjoy!
