Raspberry Hot Chocolate

  1. In a medium-large saucepan over medium heat, combine the seedless raspberry fruit spread, sugar and water and bring to a boil for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and push through a sift or sieve to remove any seeds or lumps that may have formed
  2. In another medium saucepan, heat up the milk until hot, but not boiling. Whisk in the unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered sugar and raspberry mixture previously made.
  3. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream and a drizzle of raspberry fruit spread and peanut butter. (Optional) Enjoy!
