  • ½ Cup Crofter’s Biodynamic Wild Blueberry Fruit Spread

  • ½ Ripe Avocado

  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

  • 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

  • ½ Cup Kale

  • ¾ Cup Almond Milk

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • ½ tsp. Turmeric

  • ½ tsp. Ginger

  • 1 Cup Ice (Optional)


  1. Add all of the ingredients in to a blender and blend on medium-high setting for a minute or two just until the kale has completely broken down and the smoothie is smooth. Pour in a mug and enjoy!
