This spread is sweetened with organic white grape juice concentrate and the fruit itself—making it perfectly sweetened! This dressing pairs perfectly with the arugula, pine nuts, chia seeds, diced strawberries, feta cheese, and the kick of red onion. Enjoy this flavorful salad in just minutes! For the Vinaigrette:

  • 1 Cup Crofter’s Strawberry Just Fruit Spread

  • 2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp Honey or Agave Sweetener

  • ½ Cup Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

For the Salad:

  • Arugula/Kale/Spinach

  • Pine Nuts

  • Chia Seeds

  • Red Onion

  • Diced Strawberries

  • Feta Cheese


  1. To start, place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until the ingredients are smooth and incorporated. Remember to scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula as you are blending to ensure an even mixture.
  2. Once smooth, your vinaigrette is basically ready! Give it a taste to see if the vinaigrette is sweet enough and not too tart. Add more honey/salt & pepper as needed.
  3. Let chill in the fridge before serving for 30 minutes – 1 hour.
  4. Enjoy!
