We found the level of heat on this delicious Mango Salsa recipe to be just right, but you can be the judge of that!
1/2 Jar Crofter’s Mango Premium Spread
2 Mangoes (Diced)
1 Jalapeno Pepper (Finely Minced)
1 Red Bell Pepper (Chopped)
2 Green Onions (Chopped)
Lime juice (to taste)
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
2 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- Begin by preparing all of the veggies and fruits that need to be cut. Cut the Mango into small chunks first and place in a medium sized bowl. Next cut the jalapeño and the red bell pepper into similar sized chunks as the mango. Finely slice the green onion into little rounds and toss them in the bowl next.
- Next give the fruit and veggies a mix with a wooden spoon and then add in ½ jar of Mango Fruit Spread. Give this another quick mix and then hit it with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
- Before serving, sprinkle with the dried oregano, fresh cilantro and salt and pepper to taste. Give it one final mix and serve. Enjoy!
